We are not responsible for project delays caused by a lack of communication or delayed deliverables from the client’s end.

• Payment Terms: All service fees, package prices, and payment schedules will be clearly defined in the respective project proposal or invoice.
• Advance Payments: Advance deposits required to start a project are non-refundable, as they block our operational timeline and resources.
• Refund Policy: Since digital marketing and web development services require dedicated professional hours, infrastructure setup, and customized executions, we do not offer refunds once work on a milestone has commenced or after a project is delivered.

Our services often rely on third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), hosting providers, and premium WordPress plugins.

• We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, sudden algorithm changes, policy updates, account suspensions, or technical downtime caused directly by these third-party platforms.
• Any additional costs for premium third-party licenses, ad spends, or hosting renewals are the sole responsibility of the client unless explicitly bundled in our service package.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Abir Sanyal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business profits, data corruption, web traffic fluctuations, or revenue loss arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Abir Sanyal from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your misuse of our services.
